PortAventura World announces new attractions and Halloween programming

PortAventura World is introducing several new attractions and experiences across its parks. For the 2026 Halloween season, running from September 19 to November 15, PortAventura Park will debut ‘El Carnicero de Penitence’. This new horror attraction, set in the Far West area, features a gore-themed narrative centered on a butcher in the town of Penitence during the late 19th century. This addition brings the total number of horror passages at the park to five.

In addition to the Halloween updates, the resort has launched ‘Makamanu Jungle’ in the Polynesia area of PortAventura Park. This family-oriented adventure trek includes a 135-meter course featuring elevated walkways, rope tunnels, treehouses, and climbing challenges. The resort, located in Tarragona, continues to operate its diverse portfolio including PortAventura Park, Ferrari Land, and Caribe Aquatic Park.
