Porte integrates art into Eixo Platina real estate projects

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) notes that artist involvement can transform functional areas into vibrant cultural spaces through murals, sculptures, landscaping, and lighting. This strategy is being implemented by the company Porte in the Eixo Platina region of eastern São Paulo.
In Eixo Platina, Porte is using art to establish a new urban center that combines residential, commercial, and leisure spaces. Specific artistic interventions include murals at Geon 652 and Crona 665, a lobby intervention at Almagah 227, and installations at Praça Barão de Itaqui and the Intercity hotel.
