Porters Inc. to integrate PORTERS system with HITO-Link Agent database

Porters Inc. has announced a partnership with Persol Innovation Co., Ltd. to integrate its matching system, ‘PORTERS’, with the ‘HITO-Link Agent’ job database. Starting October 1, 2026, recruitment and staffing agencies that subscribe to both services will be able to access approximately 100,000 unique job listings directly within the PORTERS platform.

The integration aims to enhance matching efficiency and expand job proposal opportunities for recruitment professionals. By accessing the HITO-Link Agent database, agencies can provide candidates with a wider range of options when internal job listings do not meet a candidate's specific requirements. This is intended to reduce manual data entry and improve conversion rates from job inquiry to placement.

The collaboration is particularly targeted at supporting startups and companies entering the recruitment industry, allowing them to secure a large volume of job listings quickly to facilitate early business growth.
