Portimão to host final European Le Mans Series round

The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão will host the final round of the European Le Mans Series this Saturday. The 4 Hours of Portimão features 47 cars across four classes: LMP2, LMP2 Pro/Am, LMP3, and LMGT3.

Championship titles remain undecided in all categories. In LMP2, United Autosports holds a 13-point lead over Forestier Racing by Panis. In the LMGT3 class, Team Qatar by Iron Lynx leads by only three points, while a victory for the number 33 Corvette would secure the title. In LMP3, CLX Motorsport holds a nine-point advantage over R-ace GP.

Notably, 17-year-old Alexander Jacoby is competing for the LMP3 title with CLX Motorsport, following a previous championship win in the Asian Le Mans Series.
