Portland Dragon Boat Festival scheduled for September 12‑13, 2026

The Portland Dragon Boat Festival will take place on September 12‑13, 2026 at Tom McCall Waterfront Park along the Willamette River. The two‑day event features more than 70 race heats, including 500‑meter sprints and a final "Race Around the Bridges" where crews navigate the river’s twists and turns. Spectators can watch the colorful dragon boats for free and enjoy on‑shore activities such as food vendors, a beer and wine garden, and family‑friendly entertainment throughout the day.
