Portohaus Empreendimentos expands construction in Porto Belo

Portohaus Empreendimentos (PH), based in Porto Belo, Santa Catarina, is currently executing 80,000 square meters of construction work, representing over half a billion Reais in Gross Sales Value (VGV). To date, 25,000 square meters, or 31% of the programmed volume, have been completed.

The company reports that its construction schedules are being advanced by approximately 30% due to investments in planning, operational structure, and site management. A notable example is the Macau Exclusive project, which is expected to be delivered in the first half of 2026, nine months ahead of its original deadline.

In addition to current operations, Portohaus is preparing a new mixed-use development with an investment exceeding R$ 2 billion. This expansion occurs amid the transformation of the local real estate market, particularly in the Balneário Perequê region.
