Portola Valley hosts fifth annual PV Palooza music festival

Portola Valley is hosting its fifth annual PV Palooza music festival at the Town Center on August 29. The event features local bands from Portola Valley, Woodside, La Honda, and Skylonda, performing across multiple stages. The festival includes art exhibitors, food, wine, and beer, and is free to the public.

Other local cultural events include the production of “The Revolutionists” by Los Altos Stage Company, running from September 3 to 27. Additionally, the Pamela Walsh Gallery in Palo Alto is hosting “Acts of Making,” a group exhibition exploring the physical and intellectual labor of art, running through October 10.

In Atherton, the town is recruiting volunteers for several committees and the Planning Commission, specifically for Environmental Programs, Audit and Finance, and Transportation, Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety.
