Portugal and Philippines announce modest fuel price hikes

In the Philippines, fuel companies anticipate mixed adjustments for the week of 7 July. Diesel prices could go up by up to ₱3 per litre, while gasoline may either rise or fall by as much as ₱1 per litre, depending on market factors such as Middle‑East tensions and Asian demand.
