Portugal hosts ‘Noite Branca’ cultural festivals in Cacilhas and Arganil

Various municipalities in Portugal are hosting ‘Noite Branca’ (White Night) festivities, featuring street performances, music, and community gatherings.

In Cacilhas, the Almada City Council is organizing the event as part of the ‘Artéria’ program. The celebration includes DJ sets, itinerant music, street animation, and a glitter bar. The initiative aims to promote local commerce and traditional shops through cultural activities such as outdoor cinema and musical pop-ups scheduled through October 31.

In Arganil, the municipality is hosting a night of festivities that extends until 4:00 AM. The program features dance performances, aerial acrobatics, fire shows, and various musical acts. A notable highlight includes the return of the group Conjunto Típico Nogueirense to the stage for the first time in 36 years.
