Portugal stages free summer concerts in Alcochete and Carvoeiro

In Alcochete, the Forum Cultural hosted the final concert of the Conservatório Regional de Artes do Montijo (CRAM) Orchestra of Winds and Percussion on July 31. Conducted by Maestro José Eduardo Gomes, the free event began at 21:30 in the Maestro António Menino Auditorium and showcased the work of the young musicians who completed the training program.

In Carvoeiro, the last concert of the Algarve summer series took place on July 29 on the boardwalk, organized by the Union of Parishes of Lagoa and Carvoeiro. Violinist João Feliz performed, and the newly elected parish president José Manuel Fernandes welcomed attendees with a glass of wine. The free concert closed the July series, with August Moonlight Walks scheduled to continue the community programme.
