Portugal's Fonte da Perdiz Red Wine Sold at 70% Discount

A Portuguese red wine, Fonte da Perdiz, is being offered at a 70% discount in Pingo Doce stores. The 750 ml bottle, normally priced at €12.99, can be bought for €3.89 until Monday, 20 July.

The wine is made from vines averaging 50 years old in the Alto Douro wine region, grown on schist soils and praised for its black‑fruit aromas, chocolate‑ and tobacco‑derived notes, and balanced palate. It earned a Silver Medal at the 2025 Brussels World Wine Competition.

The promotion is limited to the current week and targets consumers seeking premium‑quality wine at a reduced price.
