Portugal's SC Vianense and Vitória de Guimarães unveil 2026/27 schedules and pre‑season plans

Sport Clube Vianense SAD released its full Liga 3 calendar for the 2026/27 season. The team opens the campaign away at AD Fafe on 9 August, returns to its home ground, Estádio Dr. José de Matos, for a match against CD Trofense on 16 August, and will play 18 regular‑season rounds through January 2027 against opponents such as FC Paços de Ferreira, Varzim SC, USC Paredes, Vitória SC B and others.

Vitória de Guimarães began a pre‑season camp in the Algarve that will run until 26 July. Coach Tiago Margarido took 25 players to the south of Portugal for three friendly matches: against União de Leiria on 22 July, Al Ahli of Saudi Arabia on 24 July, and Nottingham Forest of England on 26 July, using the period to assess the squad ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
