Portuguese airports propose fee increases for 2027

ANA has proposed increases to airport fees at Faro, Porto, and Lisbon airports, effective January 1, 2027. The proposal, which awaits approval from the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC), suggests average increases of 34 cents per passenger for Faro and Porto, and 10 cents for Lisbon.

Percentage increases are projected at 3.79% for Faro, 3.77% for Porto, and 0.67% for Lisbon. These adjustments pertain to airport taxes and do not necessarily translate to an identical increase in ticket prices. ANA noted that these figures may be updated based on the Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) data available in September.

The proposal specifically excludes any tariff impacts related to the new Lisbon airport project, which will undergo a separate regulatory process.
