Portuguese Ambassador visits Misiones to strengthen economic ties

The Portuguese Ambassador to Argentina, Gonçalo Nuno Gamito Beija de Teles Gomes, visited the Misiones province to strengthen ties between the region and Portugal. During a meeting with Cabinet Coordination Minister Carlos Sartori, officials discussed opportunities for cooperation in trade, investment, and economic exchange.

Minister Sartori highlighted the province's productive, economic, and tourism sectors, noting Misiones' strategic location bordering Brazil and Paraguay. The discussions also focused on academic and university cooperation, exploring potential exchange programs between Portuguese and Misiones-based educational institutions.
