Portuguese business leaders to convene at upcoming industry conferences

Several high-profile business and financial conferences are scheduled to take place in Portugal, focusing on insurance, finance, and corporate execution.

The 7th Annual ECOseguros Conference will be held on October 29. The event aims to address key challenges in the insurance sector, including cybersecurity, savings management, and health claims. The opening session will feature João Silva Lopes, Secretary of State for Treasury and Finance, and Gabriel Bernardino, President of the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority (ASF). Discussions will also cover technological shifts, demographic evolution, and new distribution models.

Additionally, the XXXI Executive Digest Conference is set for November 24 at Culturgest. Paulo Moita de Macedo, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD), has been confirmed as the keynote speaker. The event will bring together presidents, CEOs, and managers to debate the theme of “Execution.”
