Portuguese Football Federation confirms ownership changes for three I Liga clubs
The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) has updated its transparency report, confirming significant changes in the shareholder structures of three I Liga clubs: Estrela da Amadora, Estoril Praia, and Moreirense.
At Estrela da Amadora, Adventure Domain reduced its 90% stake to 10%. The remaining 80% was transferred to Pastel Bidco, a company linked to an international consortium that includes prominent football figures such as Thomas Müller, Mats Hummels, Yann Sommer, and Lucas Hernández. Following this shift, Johannes Mösmang has replaced Paulo Lopo as president of the club's SAD.
Estoril Praia also saw a change in its majority shareholder identification. The 92.27% stake previously held by Globalon Football Holding Group is now registered under Pitville Three Limited, a company within the same business group.
Moreirense experienced more minor adjustments, with the founding club increasing its share in the SAD to 12.8%. Black Knight Football Club UK remains the largest shareholder with 66.67%.
