Portuguese Football Federation honors José Alfaia and Manuel Cajuda
The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) presented two major awards during the Quinas de Ouro ceremony held at the Cidade do Futebol.
José Alfaia, head of services at the Portalegre Football Association (AFP), received the Medal of Good Service. The award recognizes his more than 41 years of service to the association and its affiliated clubs, a tenure that began in September 1985. Alfaia noted that the distinction reflects the collective effort of his colleagues, club members, and various association leaderships over the decades.
Manuel Cajuda, president of Sporting Clube Olhanense, was awarded the Sports Merit Medal. The honor recognizes his long-standing career and contributions to Portuguese football, particularly his significant influence within the Algarve region.
