Two Portuguese hotels, Casas da Lapa and Bairro Alto Hotel, have been awarded the Michelin Key for the second consecutive year. The Michelin Key is a top-tier distinction for hotels that provide exceptional stay experiences based on criteria such as architecture, design, service quality, and unique character.

Casas da Lapa, a five-star hotel located in the Serra da Estrela region, is noted for its blend of 19th-century architecture and modern design. The property features 15 rooms and suites, a spa with natural waterfalls, and a focus on local, seasonal gastronomy.

Located in Lisbon, the Bairro Alto Hotel is recognized for its integration of historical heritage and contemporary art. The hotel occupies an 18th-century building and features diverse culinary offerings, including the BAHR & Terrace restaurant and a street-facing pastry shop.
