Portuguese sports secure major sponsorships from Mapei and Betano

Mapei Portugal announced it will serve as the Official Sponsor of the Volta a Portugal for the 2026, 2027 and 2028 editions. The agreement includes branding of the official race dorsal and extensive visibility across the event’s media platforms, reinforcing the company’s historic ties to cycling after its 1997 overall win.

Betano confirmed the renewal of its master‑sponsorship deal with FC Porto until at least 2029, extending the partnership to the club’s newly promoted women’s team. The betting brand’s logo will appear on the kits of the senior, B, and women’s squads, and the parties will continue joint fan‑engagement and social‑responsibility initiatives.
