Portuguese towns announce summer cultural programs

The municipality of Gondomar released its July cultural calendar, offering concerts, shows and family‑friendly activities aimed at energising local social life.

In the neighbouring municipality of Góis, officials unveiled a four‑day August festival featuring concerts by Tony Carreira, Sara Correia and Marisa Liz, along with market stalls, inflatable attractions and performances by local bands, designed to attract thousands of visitors.

Both events are part of municipal efforts to boost cultural participation and tourism during the summer season in Portugal.
