Posadas bakery discovery involves urns and coffins

During cleaning efforts at an old family bakery in Posadas, Misiones, several funerary items were discovered. Following the recent finding of approximately 30 coffins at the site, two urns containing human ashes and a small funerary box were located.

The establishment, situated on Chacabuco Avenue, is currently the subject of a legal dispute among family members regarding ownership and occupation of the property. This conflict reportedly began following the death of a family patriarch.

According to Valeria González, a partner of one of the family members involved in the legal claim, the urns contained identifying information, including names, surnames, and dates of death. One urn was linked to a funeral home in Candelaria, while the other was associated with a company in Oberá. Authorities were notified to determine the appropriate legal procedure for the remains.
