Positano road lighting failures create safety hazards

Public lighting failures in Positano have left the SP 425 road in the Montagna Spaccata area in darkness for over three weeks. The malfunction of specific light poles, such as pole 0/10, has created significant visibility issues for residents and motorists.

In addition to technical failures, unpruned vegetation is reportedly covering existing light fixtures, preventing light from reaching the ground. This lack of illumination poses a safety risk near a recently completed rockface stabilization project, where a concrete base extends toward the roadway, creating a potential hazard for vehicles and pedestrians in the dark.
