Possehl Group to acquire full ownership of manroland Goss

The Lübeck-based Possehl Group will become the sole owner of manroland Goss web systems GmbH, effective October 1, 2026. Currently holding a 51 percent stake, the Possehl Group will acquire the remaining shares from former co-shareholder American Industrial Partners (AIP).

The acquisition aims to consolidate managerial responsibility and streamline decision-making processes. The Possehl Group, which is owned by the nonprofit Possehl Foundation, intends to use this structure to support long-term investments in manroland Goss’s product portfolio, service, spare parts supply, and retrofit capabilities.

The Possehl Group is a diversified industrial conglomerate with approximately 13,000 employees across more than 30 countries and a recent consolidated revenue of 8.4 billion euros.
