Poste Italiane expands electric vehicle charging in Udine

Poste Italiane has activated 21 new electric vehicle charging stations across various municipalities in the province of Udine, bringing the total number of charging points in the Friuli region to 30.

The installations, completed during 2026, include locations such as Campolongo al Torre, Colloredo di Montalbano, Coseano, Faedis, Flaibano, Latisana, Pulfero, Ravascletto, Zuglio, Forni di Sopra, Santa Maria la Longa, and Taipana. These additions complement existing stations in Rigolato, Martignacco, Osoppo, Precenicco, Ragogna, and Terenzano.

Part of the Polis project, the initiative aims to promote economic and social cohesion by bringing services to smaller communities with fewer than 15,000 inhabitants. The project is implemented through agreements with local administrations at no cost to the municipalities. The charging infrastructure consists primarily of Quick stations (2×22 kW) and a significant number of Fast DC stations (50 kW), located near post offices or in public parking areas to support sustainable mobility and the energy transition.
