Poste Italiane: Managing Postepay PINs and PosteID devices

Users of Poste Italiane services can manage their Postepay PIN and PosteID digital identity through official channels. The Postepay PIN, required for physical transactions and ATM withdrawals, can be viewed via the official Poste Italiane app or through documentation provided at the time of card issuance.

Regarding digital identity, PosteID allows a maximum of two associated devices at one time. If a user needs to link a new smartphone but has reached this limit, they must first view and dissociate unused devices through the service to proceed with activation.
