Poste Italiane reaches 66.6% stake in Telecom Italia

Poste Italiane has reached a 66.6% stake in Telecom Italia following the latest results of its tender offer (OPA) to acquire 100% of the company. Participation in the offer reached 46.5% of the capital by the final available day for subscription.

Management has decided to extend the process for an additional five days. A reopening of the terms is scheduled from September 21 to September 25, which may occur if the minimum threshold of 66.67% participation is not met. Final results for the current phase are expected to be announced on September 17.

Regarding payments, subscribers who have already delivered their Telecom Italia shares will receive payment on September 18. Those participating during the reopening period between September 21 and September 25 will be paid on October 2.
