PotatoEurope and SugarBeet Expo to held in Germany in 2026

The PotatoEurope and SugarBeet Expo trade fairs are scheduled for 9–10 September 2026 at the Rittergut Gestorf estate near Hanover, Germany. Organized by the DLG (German Agricultural Society), the event aims to serve as a premier platform for professional potato and sugar beet production, with approximately 300 international exhibitors and 12,000 trade visitors expected.

The exhibition will feature extensive machinery demonstrations, including 30 potato equipment combinations and 10 sugar beet machine combinations covering everything from sowing and planting to harvesting and logistics. Technical programs will address digitalization, automation, robotics, and new crop varieties.

For the first time, UK-based vegetable handling machinery manufacturer Haith will co-exhibit alongside GRIMME. The collaboration aims to demonstrate the synergy between Haith’s post-harvest handling, washing, and packing solutions and GRIMME’s in-field capabilities, providing a comprehensive view of the production chain.
