Potenza authorities review High Impact law enforcement operations

Prefect Michele Campanaro presided over a technical coordination meeting of law enforcement agencies in Potenza to review the results of “High Impact” extraordinary control activities conducted during the first nine months of 2026.

Inspired by a September 2023 Ministry of the Interior directive, the “High Impact” model involves targeted, multidisciplinary interventions in urban areas prone to social degradation and illegality. The initiative utilizes a coordinated approach involving the State Police, Carabinieri, and Guardia di Finanza, alongside the Fire Brigade, Local Police, and potentially health and labor inspectors to ensure a visible institutional presence and address community security concerns.
