Potrero de Garay to establish new women's support center

Potrero de Garay has signed an agreement to establish a ‘Punto Mujer’ (Women’s Point), which will be the 280th such facility in the province of Córdoba, Argentina. The agreement was finalized during a meeting between communal president Gerardo Martínez and Córdoba’s Minister of Women, Claudia Martínez.

The new center will serve as a dedicated space for listening, guidance, and support for women in the community. The initiative was announced during ‘Octubre Rosa’ (Pink October), a month focused on women's health and rights. Officials also visited the Polo Integral de la Mujer to study its management model and service tools to prepare for the upcoming inauguration.
