Potsdam Mayor faces criticism over severe road damage

Potsdam Mayor Noosha Aubel is facing criticism regarding administrative responsibility following the discovery of severe road damage on Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße in Potsdam-Babelsberg.

A video analysis of the street reveals at least 34 separate potholes and broken asphalt sections with sharp edges. The damaged road surface, which includes exposed small paving and decaying repair strips, poses significant safety risks to pedestrians, cyclists, motorists, and motorcyclists.

The deteriorating condition of the roadway reportedly contradicts Aubel’s recent public calls for elected officials to demonstrate greater public responsibility.
