Power outage schedules released for Hue and Can Tho cities in Vietnam

The Central Vietnam Electricity Authority announced planned power cuts in Hue on 27 July 2026. Outages will affect the Hương An, Thuận Hóa, and Quảng Điền districts, with timings ranging from 06:00 to 17:15 for maintenance and equipment replacement at substations and transformer lines.

In the Mekong Delta, the Southern Vietnam Electricity Company published a schedule for Can Tho from 27 July to 2 August 2026. The plan lists multiple residential, commercial and institutional sites—such as the Ninh Kiều neighborhood, Hạnh Phúc 2 housing complex, and local banks—where supply will be interrupted for 30‑ to 90‑minute periods to conduct grid repairs and upgrades.
