POWERCON Group appoints Ravindra Chauhan to lead business development

POWERCON Group has appointed Ravindra Chauhan as Senior Management Officer – Business Development to support its expansion within India’s renewable energy sector. Chauhan brings 22 years of experience in wind energy and engineering, having previously held senior positions at companies including Suzlon, Senvion, and InoxWind.

In his new role, Chauhan will work with the leadership team to strengthen customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company’s market presence. The appointment comes as POWERCON shifts from project development toward providing end-to-end construction and operation of renewable energy assets.

The company is currently executing full turnkey wind projects in Maharashtra and Karnataka, managing the entire lifecycle from concept development and feasibility studies to design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
