Pozantı Municipality opens new Cumhuriyet Parkı

Pozantı Municipality has completed the renovation of a long-unused area in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood, transforming the former Çorbacı Deresi site into a modern public space named Cumhuriyet Parkı. The project included landscaping, infrastructure improvements, the installation of children's playgrounds, modern sports equipment, and new seating areas.

Mayor Ali Avan stated that the project aims to provide high-quality services across all 21 neighborhoods of Pozantı. The renaming of the area from Çorbacı Deresi to Cumhuriyet Parkı was intended to better reflect the identity of the neighborhood.
