Pozbruk expands into prefabricated protective shelters

Pozbruk, a leader in concrete technology, is expanding its operations into the field of prefabrication and protective infrastructure. The company is developing capabilities to design, produce, and implement prefabricated shelters intended for use by local municipalities and the military.

This strategic expansion focuses on dual-use solutions and infrastructure requiring high resistance. To support this development, Pozbruk is collaborating with the Poznan University of Technology to conduct research on structural resistance to explosions and electromagnetic pulses (EMP).

The company utilizes its existing infrastructure, which includes five production plants and its own aggregate mines, to standardize construction elements. This prefabricated model is intended to allow for controlled production and efficient on-site implementation of protective structures.
