Poznań photography competition launches ‘Poznańskie kontrasty’

The September edition of the ‘Poznańskie kontrasty’ (Poznań Contrasts) photography competition has launched on the FotoPortal platform. Residents and photography enthusiasts are invited to capture the city's diverse elements, such as the intersection of old and new or the relationship between urban spaces and nature.

The competition runs until September 30. A monthly jury will select a ‘Photo of the Month’ and ‘Honorable Mention of the Month.’ The winner will receive 1,000 PLN, while other winners will receive physical prizes. Selected works will be featured on the FotoPortal homepage and will participate in the annual ‘Photo of the Year’ contest.

Submissions must be original JPG files of Poznań. While basic editing like brightness, contrast, and cropping is permitted, photomontages and AI-generated or modified images are strictly prohibited. Participants must also adhere to copyright and image protection laws regarding third parties.
