Pozo Hondo Peace Court mediates neighborhood land dispute

The Peace Court of Pozo Hondo, led by Judge Mariquena Córdoba, has intervened to resolve a neighborhood dispute regarding land delimitation in the San Antonio de Padua neighborhood. The conflict arose due to the urban layout and a lack of precise boundaries between properties.

To address the issue, Judge Córdoba coordinated with Hugo Gómez, the Municipal Secretary of Public Works. The officials visited the site to engage in dialogue with residents and establish criteria for organizing spaces and demarcating boundaries. The intervention resulted in a signed agreement where neighbors committed to reorganizing home entrances and areas used for livestock, such as pens and chicken coops, to ensure better community order.
