Pozorište na Terazijama begins rehearsals for Pretty Woman musical

Pozorište na Terazijama has begun preparations for the musical Pretty Woman, directed by Jug Radivojević. The production is scheduled to premiere on February 13.

Following auditions in May, Darija Vučko was selected for the lead role of Vivian from a pool of 96 candidates. The cast includes Ivan Bosiljčić as Edward Lewis, Olivera Bacić as Kit de Luca, Slaven Došlo as Philip Staki, Žarko Stepanov as Mr. Thompson, Danijel Korša as David, Milan Antonić as Happy Man, and Dušan Šida as Giulio.

The musical, which premiered on Broadway in 2018, is based on the 1990 film starring Richard Gere and Julia Roberts. The score features music and lyrics by Canadian artist Bryan Adams. The production will also feature the orchestra of Pozorište na Terazijama.
