PPF Group launches Arvum investment company

PPF Group has launched a new investment company named Arvum, after receiving the necessary operating license from the Czech National Bank. The company, previously operating under the name PPF Island, aims to provide investment funds for clients of Air Bank and PPF Bank.

Led by Chairman Michal Semotan and portfolio manager Patrik Hudec, Arvum intends to focus on active management and long-term value creation. The company plans to offer a range of products for both retail and qualified investors, which may include equity, real estate, and private equity investments. Specific product details are expected to be announced in the coming months following the regulatory approval of individual funds.
