PPIH expands representative director team to five members

Pan Pacific International Holdings (PPIH) has announced a restructuring of its representative director system. The company plans to add three new representative directors: Naoki Yoshida, Yuji Ishii, and Shinichiro Akagi.

This expansion will bring the total number of representative directors to five, joining current CEO Hideki Moriya and COO Kosuke Suzuki. PPIH stated that the increase aims to strengthen the group's management structure, enable more agile decision-making, and promote sustainable growth and corporate value.

The proposed board of directors will consist of 15 members, including 12 reappointed and 3 newly appointed directors. The changes are subject to approval at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for September 29.
