Pplware Highlights Classic Tracks and Portugal Spotify Top 50

The Portuguese tech and culture site Pplware runs a weekly column called "Pplware Classics" that revisits songs that marked the readers' youth or recent past. The feature showcases a range of genres—from rock and dance to pop—and invites readers to suggest additional bands for future coverage.

Each edition also presents the current Top 50 tracks streamed in Portugal on Spotify, offering a snapshot of the nation’s most‑listened‑to music. The latest column includes a profile of the American alternative‑rock band Incubus, noting its formation in 1991, its five current members, and its worldwide sales of over 19 million albums.

The column encourages audience interaction, asking readers to comment on bands they would like to see featured, and provides links to the highlighted tracks on Spotify.
