PPS political bureau to manage government consultations

The PPS political bureau has been granted authority to manage upcoming government consultations following an extraordinary session of the party's Central Committee. This decision follows a request by Secretary General Mohamed Nabil Benabdallah to delegate management of the next political stage to the political bureau.

Benabdallah noted that consultations with Head of Government Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri have shown “strong receptivity and deep convergence” regarding several party concepts. However, the party maintains that its participation in the future government is contingent upon clear political and programmatic conditions. These conditions aim to ensure the party can effectively contribute to national priorities, specifically regarding social and economic improvements and the consolidation of democratic choices. The party is seeking explicit commitments and real guarantees to address major national challenges.
