Prada launches Drawing Prada holiday 2026 campaign

Prada has unveiled its Holiday 2026 campaign, titled ‘Drawing Prada,’ which utilizes hand-drawn animation to blend real-life photography with fantasy elements. The project features photography by Glen Luchford and animation directed by John Pomeroy, a veteran cinematic animator known for work on productions such as ‘Fantasia 2000’ and ‘Pocahontas.’

The campaign features an international cast of young actors, including Maya Hawke, Sadie Sink, Chen Haoyu, Kelvin Harrison Jr., and Luther Ford. The visual concept involves these actors interacting with animated creatures within whimsical winter landscapes, such as mice interacting with footwear or a fox following a character through the snow.

By employing traditional 2D hand-drawn techniques, the campaign aims to celebrate analog artistry and classic animation in a digital era.
