Prague housing projects by Top Estates and UDI Group move forward

Developers Top Estates completed the Barrandez‑Vous residential complex in Prague's Barrandov district. The project, featuring three‑unit buildings around a central park, has been fully approved and 98 % of its apartments have already been sold. Amenities include large aluminum windows, underground parking with electric‑vehicle charging stations and high‑quality interior finishes.

UDI Group obtained a building permit for Phase A of its SIDE Smíchov Living development on former brownfield land in the Smíchov area. The mixed‑use project will add roughly a thousand apartments, retail space and public greens, with an estimated investment of 6 billion Czech crowns. Construction of the nine‑storey residential block is slated to begin in the second quarter of 2027, following earlier permits for the project's second building.
