Prague Rolls-Royce owner offers reward for arsonist capture

The owner of a luxury Rolls-Royce Ghost has offered a reward of 500,000 CZK or gold Rolex watches to anyone who provides information leading to the capture and conviction of an arsonist in Prague.

The incident occurred on September 10 in the Smíchov district on Na Valentince street. Security footage shows an unidentified individual approaching the parked vehicle in the early morning, dousing the front of the car and engine with a flammable liquid, and setting it on fire before fleeing the scene. The perpetrator was seen wearing overalls, a cap, and a face mask.

While police have released camera footage to assist in the investigation, they have not yet identified the suspect. The crime is being investigated as damage to property, which carries a potential prison sentence of up to three years. The owner, identified as Petr, noted that the company also operates a luxury watch shop in the same street.
