Prahlad Joshi supports students' right to peaceful protest

Union Minister Prahlad Joshi stated that students have a full right to conduct peaceful protests and that their demands should be heard. Speaking to journalists in Bengaluru, Joshi emphasized that preventing students from protesting is wrong and called for a consistent approach toward student issues across different states and the central government.

During his visit to the JSS educational institution in Karnataka, Joshi noted the institution's significant contribution to producing doctors, engineers, and researchers. He mentioned that his primary goal is to bring positive reforms to the education sector, though he declined to disclose specific upcoming measures at this time.
