Praia do Sal Resort & SPA launches new acupuncture wellness program

Praia do Sal Resort & SPA in Alcochete has launched a new wellness experience titled ‘Acupuntura & Equilíbrio’ (Acupuncture & Balance). Available at the SPA Cinq Mondes, the service is designed for both guests and the general public.

The program utilizes Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide personalized sessions aimed at physical, mental, and emotional balance. Each session begins with an individual consultation to assess health status and define therapeutic goals. The treatment includes acupuncture to alleviate tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation, followed by a 20 to 30-minute rest period in a controlled environment featuring therapeutic aromas and ambient music.
