Prairie Lithium lists 200 million shares on the ASX

Prairie Lithium, formerly known as Arizona Lithium, has successfully listed 200 million ordinary shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). This move is intended to increase trading liquidity and broaden the company’s investor base to secure funding for upcoming project phases.

The capital raised is expected to support the development of North American projects, specifically focusing on the company’s site in Saskatchewan, Canada. A key component of their strategy involves Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology, which is central to their goal of commencing commercial production by the fourth quarter of 2026.
