PRaiSense addresses text approval conflicts in PR workflows

PRaiSense aims to resolve internal text conflicts during the approval process by applying a journalistic perspective to corporate communications. The tool addresses the tension between technical departments wanting product details, management highlighting company performance, and PR teams attempting to condense the core news message.

A Cision study titled ‘Inside PR 2026’, which surveyed nearly 600 PR professionals in the US and UK, found that 53 percent of respondents identified slow approval processes as a major obstacle to team agility. PRaiSense seeks to simplify these approvals by evaluating whether content serves the news or merely functions as a product description or company reference.

By focusing on the relevance of facts and the function of specific paragraphs, the tool helps teams determine if statements are sufficiently supported by evidence, such as distinguishing between a successful customer case and a general performance guarantee.
