Conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu has increased his stake in PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) by purchasing 51.7 million shares. The transactions, conducted for personal investment purposes, took place in 13 stages on August 11, 2026, with prices ranging from Rp680 to Rp740 per share. The total value of these acquisitions is approximately Rp36.68 billion, bringing his total ownership to 90,404,898,700 shares, or 80.4178% of the company. Pangestu maintains controlling interest in the firm.

Following these developments, CUAN shares experienced high trading activity. During the first session on August 13, 2026, transaction values reached Rp1.02 trillion with 1.21 billion shares traded. The stock price fluctuated between a high of Rp885 and a low of Rp810, eventually stabilizing at Rp870, consistent with the previous day's closing price.
