Praram 9 Hospital hosts World Stroke Day awareness event

Praram 9 Hospital's Brain and Neurological Center is organizing a World Stroke Day event under the theme ‘Every second matters to the brain’. The initiative aims to educate the public and families on recognizing warning signs, accessing rapid treatment, and proper rehabilitation to improve the quality of life for stroke patients.

The event will feature ‘Doctor Talk’ sessions on two critical topics: ‘Ischemic Stroke… Every Second Counts’ led by neurologist Dr. Nichanan Ekpitakdamrong, and ‘Correct Rehabilitation for Life After Stroke’ led by rehabilitation specialist Dr. Piyawan Ngam-onmaj. The activities are scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 1:40 PM to 3:50 PM at Praram 9 Hospital.
